Quite the collection of cars and associated artifacts from back in the day, right up to more recently. Make sure it's on your list of top three things to do in Pontiac, even if you're only passing through.

This is a fairly new museum...just six years old...nice exhibit of Pontiacs....they pack a lot into a relatively small space.Things are explained via signs...so that non-car people (such as myself) can understand what we're looking at. Very clean and well organized. Cute gift shop.......

The Pontiac automobile museum has two great restaurants next door--DeLong's and Bernardi's. DeLong's have the best ribeye sandwiches and Bernardi's has the best fried chicken.
