We had a ball. The kids really enjoyed it. They had stuff for all ages. They also had two rides to go on and my kids kept wanting to do them. Fun! There was also a 4D movie that was 10 mins long, so it was perfect. Lots of stuff to do and play on.

This is the perfect vacation stop for any Lego afficianado, but there's also enough to entertain anyone who does not build. The structures on display are mesmerizing, and there are enough build centers that we never experienced a wait time. Included in the price of admission is a 3-D movie.....5 different movies were showing the day we visited with the... More

We drove to Chicago a night early to come here. When we pulled up, there was no "Wow" factor, and my kids didn't seem excited. The Lego skyline of Chicago was neat. The rides were cute, but there really wasn't that much to them. There were several hands on areas, but nothing super exciting. The 4D movie was good, and... More

Son wanted to go here. I wasn't sure what to think at first. At the entrance way where the giraffe is was cool! Think that the price is a little much for what there's to do, but all the lego displays are very neat and informative!

On Spring break with my Daughter-in-law and 4 Grandkids on the way back home to Indiana. It's $19 each, including kids to get in, but we lucked out. We ate at the Rain Forest Cafe in Gurnee, IL on Wednesday night, and on the kids menu there was a coupon that said, "kids are free with each paying adult at... More

Great place. Little over priced for adults. Rides are fun and play area is great to build your own lego ideas. Very busy on weekends.

Thank you for the feedback. I am very happy to hear that you enjoy the 2 rides, play area, and many LEGO building opportunities we offer. I know the weekends can get a little busy, and we definitely encourage guests to visit either first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon when the crowds are much lighter. Thank... More

We traveled 3 hours to stay in this area for a couple of days. Stayed at a Double tree and ate at Cheesecake factory which was all about 5 mins from each other. Legoland was crowded and limited at this location. We did everything that was available so we spent about 4/5hours in the place, but it is small. A... More

Since my 6 and 7 year old kids are avid LEGO builder/fans, I included this stop in our multi-day Chicagoland mini spring break museum trip. What a disappointment! The principle complaints are general maintenance related. The place was generally dirty. Worse yet, while there were some impressive interactive builds, 60% of them didn't work. You'd press the button and ---nothing.... More

Overall really good visit. Would have been helpful to be given a visitors guide when we checked in. First time there. We found one later. The first ride close to the entrance is uninteresting even for a 5-yr old. The second ride where you're off the ground was great! It's a bit crowded and small area by the cafe/build and... More
