Good place to visit especially on a wet summer day. Excellent selection of planes and memorabilia. Lots of personal stories and fascinating insights. All the better for free entry and pleasant sense of enthusiasm and lack of 'polish'

Such a wonderful visit, and as part of a tour we spent all the available time in this attraction and we missed out on visiting the nearby museum, such is life ,next time we will stay longer.

This is a very interesting museum and it is free admission as well. The people working there were very helpful and knowledgeable. There are lots of interesting items in cabinets as well as the Spitfire and Hurricane on display. There cafe is very good value...More
