Found this by accident. Great experience. Water was too high to explore the beds but enjoyed the center. The videos were well done and very informative. Will be coming back in fall to explore the beds.
This is a great place to find fossils all over the place. Unlike any other I have been to in the U.S. Near the historic Clark cabin and Culbertson mansion in New Albany Indiana it makes for a fun detour from Louisville KY.

Stopped by on a road trip. Great views of the river. Lots of history on Lewis and Clark. Many walking trails and a boat launch. Water level was high so could not see Fossil beds. Maybe next trip. Nice stop along the 65 highway.
