This was an interesting and informative small bus tour pointing out significant architectural gems of Columbus, Indiana--emphasizing its modernism collection and history of architectural philanthropy, as well as buildings from the late 1800s. Our volunteer guide Linda was knowledgeable and ensured architecture fans and novices...More

The bus tour run from the Columbus Visitors Center starts with a walk through the First Christian Church and the Batholomew County Library. The bus ride is almost 2 hours and covers more than a dozen architectural treasures.

Despite the tour guide was definitely knowledgeable, too much time was spent inside two churches, while we saw only a few public sculptures. It left me with an impression that I do not want to come to Columbus any time soon. I believe self-tour would...More

Very organized well presented tour. A great view of the wonderful architecture of the city of Columbus. When you board the bus, try to get a lower level seat for a better view.
