Fantastic bus tour around town. As an architect, I really appreciated the work of the great architects of the mid-century. As I observe buildings in my home town, I can see where the local architects got their inspiration. Well worth the cost and I hope to go back again soon.

I'm a native Hoosier and have spent some time over the years in Columbus and was generally aware of its status as an oasis in an intellectual desert. The tour allowed me to pull it all together big picture. Very enlightening in the best sense of that word. Thanks.

The Visitor's Center in Columbus does a great job sharing some of the architectural highlights from their town with this bus and foot tour. I enjoyed learning more about the architects, the structures, and the community.

This is always a favorite thing to do. Columbus, IN is known for its contemporary architecture. It has more noted buildings per square mile than Chicago, NY, Boston, San Francisco, Washington DC and more.

Living in Columbus Indiana my entire life - I never took the time to go before now. The tour was excellent. Out tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I was extremely impressed by the architecture. Most amazing is how forward thinking Mr Miller was. The house is fabulous. I would love to repeat the tour in the summer to... More

The tour is an excellent opportunity to see architecture up front and personal. A person learns, as Paul Harvey use to say, "the rest of the story" about the history of the building design. Mr. Miller and Cummins Foundation made Columbus an world architectural Mecca that is easy to experience.

Took the Columbus Architecture tour and it was great! Very experienced tour guide that was just the best. Loved seeing all the different buildings with the different world famous architects. Columbus is a wonderful small town feel with a big city Architecture tour . Well worth taking the tour.

Very much enjoyed recent tour of Irwin Miller House in Columbus Indiana. Designed by Eero Saarinen, its modern design has held up well. The kitchen, state-of-the-art in the 1950s, could still function today without much modification. And, I loved the linear skylights that span throughout the house.

Would have liked more info on the nativity scenes that were on display. Other than that, the tour was fantastic.

The guide provided excellent, interesting information. The day was grey and rainy but I hardly noticed listening to all the stories of the buildings and the builders.
