    Very scenic and clean

    Took troop of scouts in August 2017, stayed in campground B. Scouts enjoyed the woods and the campground. The facilities were very clean and well above what we are used to having at our disposal.

    Hike

    This is a beautiful area. Like so much of southern Indiana, woods, streams, lakes, trails, cave exploration, canoeing. Peaceful serenity.

    Camping Favorite

    We just went camping at O'Bannon over Memorial Day weekend 2017. The new playground is complete. The pool is nice. The entire family had a great weekend.

    Least favorite state park in Indiana

    Great for camping

    Lots of nice campsites at the campground. If you have horses, they have a specific area for camping with horses. No camp store near though. Closest store is about 15 min away.

    Beautiful place!

    We camp here several times a year and always have a wonderful time. The park is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The landscape is beautiful! Having a picnic by the river and walking the trails is always a family favorite.

    The local schools start on July 28 so the pool is only open on weekends. The closest body if water is Ohio River, but don't recommend swimming. Corydon has a public swimming pool. Patoka Lake has a nice beach.

    There are many water supply faucets all over the campground.
