Located by White River Canal park, good parking underground at site. Beautiful building, great exhibits. Currently a Grand Canyon special exhibit, well worth a look. Nice onsite casual dining with outdoor seating overlooking canal.

The museum had some interesting Western and Native American art and artifacts on display. The architecture is interesting as well. The restaurant was closed, however and we would have enjoyed a cup of coffee before heading out again.

I have been to western art museums in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. This is the Best! If I lived in Indiana I would become a member. Beautiful displays of art and history. This place is a real treasure.

I like that the exhibits showed a less unbiased history of how the "visitors" ravaged the land. It showed the culture and even had an interactive section for kids and adults alike.
