I really enjoy walking my dog here and taking my grandchildren to this park. They also have the most amazing trails to hike and the kids really enjoyed it! Lots to do, play at the playground, have a Family picnic or take a nice walk!

This is a hidden gem park in Indianapolis. It has paths for bikes, picnic areas, and is lush with shade. Our favorite area was a play area for children with a huge climbing device that looks like a spiderweb. It is made of poles and rope. The children loved it.

Pretty little gem of a park in the middle of the suburbs. Trails wind down to the White River. Very relaxing and quiet. Nice playgrounds for the kids.

I am a long time Indianapolis resident and love the outdoors and beautiful places. Holliday Park in the north central side of Indianapolis is one of the very best in our city for young and old. It is a beautiful place to hike, picnic, play, stroll the grounds or paint a picture and has the best and biggest playground for... More

Holliday Park is small, but offers areas to play sports, a playground, and a wooded area that is accessible for a mini-hike. Despite being inside Indianapolis, it feels like a safe place.

If you would like to spend a fun filled, peaceful day: with or without you child/children, this is the place to go! Much to explore on the trails. The nature center is refreshing at the end of a hike. Great experience for the little ones, and a great place to wear them out! I suggest you pack a lunch, the... More

Named for a family that once owned a daily Indianapolis newspaper, Holliday park offers trails on wooded slopes fronting the White River, fields, wonderful modern playgrounds and a newly-renovated nature center that offers year-round programming for all ages. It also has one rather unusual feature, known as "The Ruins". So, something for just about everyone in a relatively small area.

This is our favorite park in the city. It has an amazing playground that my kids could play on for hours. It also has beautiful hiking trails that go into the woods and down to the river. It is beautiful at anytime of year.
