Son and I rode bikes along the Cultural Trail - around the canal, through town, down to Bazbeau's Pizza. It was lovely. So nice to enjoy the sights without worrying about traffic. It was almost July and locals said we'd be too hot and sticky, but the breeze on the bikes was lovely and the trees provided sufficient shade. Really,... More

Very neat how they have the trail marked. It is all paved for easy walking. It is a long trail not sure exactly how long it is because we didn't walk the whole thing. There is history signs along the way.

Nice bars, pubs, karaoke bars! I had a lot of fun trying out different bars in the region! It seems to be a meeting point for night goers!

The Indianapolis Cultural Trail takes you to all of the best parts of Indianapolis. It goes throughout the city and is easy to find. It is a great way to walk or bike from one part of town to another.

This is something like we had never seen. This trail takes you through the history and culture of the City. It is about 12 miles of such diversity that it is hard to put into words. Try this. You will learn things

The trail is easy and obvious to find (cobble stone walkway) and had lots of points of interest not officially part of the trail. We parked near Meridian and Maryland and used the trail as a "guide" to walk to the Eiteljorg Museum. It was easy, safe, and clean. And a fun way for my family to see the city... More

The Cultural Trail is a multi faceted experience. You'll definitely see some of the most interesting thing that Indy has to offer. The best part is the food! Indy's food scene is the best kept secret in the country!

Parked at the southeast end of the trail at Fountain Square and biked the entire trail with spouse after lunch at the Bosphorus nearby. Had a great ride through parts of Indianapolis we hadn't really been before and it was fun to follow the hexagonal trail through downtown and past some really interesting works of art. Everyone we met along... More

The cultural trail has a great view of downtown Indy. It connects to the monon trail so it is great for walking and bike riding. I recommend this to travelers coming to Indy. It's easy to get around without all the traffic and the trail leads to many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!
