Michigan City is one of the worst city to stay in USA, but the Blue Chip is the best place to stay. You have pretty good restaurants, you have the casino and a very comfortable room to stay in.

Lots of slots and table games, very large casino. Had the buffet Saturday night with beef tenderloin and endless crab legs, definitely a must.

Not as good as before. In progressive decline since 2011 and accelerating! Prices skyrocketing, foreign junk products and pitiful staff and MGT. Avoid always! Until they wake up or are self destroyed

Visiting family and got a great last minute rate for a room in the older tower. Was still a fantastic room but casino and all areas downstairs smell very bad of smoke.

They have a shuttle bus, however I'm not sure how they utilize them. I would call and make arrange. I'm sure they will be accommodating with a monetary tip.
