Today, Indiana Beach is home to six roller coasters. Of them, three are wooden roller coasters, including the world-famous Cornball Express, voted the #1 Wooden Coaster in the world by Theme Park Critic in 2002! In addition, Indiana Beach is home to Indiana's 1st custom steel coaster, Steel Hawg. Through all its new attractions, new slogans, and new guests, Indiana Beach never forgot its place as a classic facility filled with classic attractions. Whether it’s getting’ their fannies riding on a coaster, relaxing in the summer sun, or dancing & dining with family & friends, generations have enjoyed all that Indiana Beach has to offer including 0ver 100 accommodations. With plans for tomorrow blossoming every day, exciting changes every season, and a continued commitment to quality, there are no limits in sight for Indiana Beach’s future. From a cornfield that a horse and cart turned into a beach swimming area to the largest amusement & vacation playground in the state of Indiana, from its humble beginnings as Ideal Beach to its undying popularity in the hearts of guests of all ages and generations, Indiana Beach has come to represent that there truly is “more than corn in Indiana...”

This is not Disney- So don't expect Micky to show up..

I grew up coming here every summer until I was probably 16 years old (i mostly remember the 1980's here) and I went a few times when I attended Purdue in the 90's. This was my... read more

One word sums this entire area up: Garbage. Tripadvisor is making me lengthen my review. This park/campground/city is just gross. I loveeee a cheap, budget weekend away but this was below the lowest standards. The people are just trash. It is NOT what it was when I was a kid. Im suprised i didnt get some weird infection after walking... More

We have been going to Indiana Beach every year for the past 53 years. Yes there are many changes but it is a safe place to take our grandchildren ages 4 and 11. I let my grandson go off with his friend while I take my grand daughter on the younger rides. There has never been a problem. The Pronto... More

We lived in Indiana since 1988 and a neighbor told us about it for the first time. So, I researched it before we made reservations because it's so far away. The reviews did NOT LOOK very promising, but we took a chance anyway thinking some of the reviews were bogus and besides we needed a new adventure. So, we grabbed... More

All of the roller coasters were running during our visit. We went on a Monday, and it wasn't very crowded, so we were able to go on all of the rides, multiple times. The rides weren't as big as Great America or Disney, but way faster than I had expected. Monticello is a small town, and this was a good... More

We've been going to Indiana beach for 40 years. Pack a picnic lunch and eat in the pavilion at the park entrance. They've added new rides over the years, but the old favorites still are there. Gotta ride the sky lift. We do this mostly to look for the kids!!! Cuz you can see the whole park from end to... More

Sadly, this place will probably be gone soon. It really isn't a very well kept amusement park. The lines were okay, rides(that were actually open) were okay, but not very well kept. Food was reasonable. Definitely will not be coming back. Definitely a 1 time trip(which was 1 time too many).

We were told when we booked that the splash zone and mini golf on the campground were were included in the porch of the lots, which the office at the park adamantly denied. The "discount" tickets for the Indiana Beach Amusement and Water Park are a joke, as is the decency of the Park. At the campground the bathrooms are... More

With 4 grandchildren between the ages of 5-15 this was perfect for us. Safe, friendly staff, and affordable. Rides for all ages.

I've been to Indiana Beach many times over the years, and it's has always been a fun place to visit. This was the first time I've been there in several years, and I was extremely disappointed in how run down and dirty it was. About half the rides were shut down, including the Hoosier Hurricane. The games were run down,... More
