Have stayed here many times n each time it gets better n better. Central to most things depending what's on your agenda. Being close to the airport, you hardly would know..Restaurant pricey n not really value for money..Take $10 off Menu prices & you'll be busy every night..or change Menu to suit Families..Other than that it's pretty darn good..

This is a lovely beach, close to the city and not too crowded. I have usually enjoyed taking my dog there for a nice stroll and a bit of fetch. Unfortunately I was abused to the point of tears by some horse riders on my last trip. My dog had just done his business and as I was bending down... More

Seven Mile Beach is such an Amazing place. I love going down in the summer and The main Attraction for me is the fact that Hobart Airport is slightly down the road and The planes land right above your head. I would definatley reccoment this place to anyone who loves planes or enjoys a good day at the beach.

A beach that appears to be about seven miles long. The sea was wet and the sand yellow(isn) and there was about seven miles of both.

Lovely beach with lots of people walking their dogs. It was across from our accommodation but we only managed to go there twice.

Perfect for a stroll, power walk or dog walking in the correct area of the beach. Race horses are trained here in their own section of the beach. Unfortunately, some dog owners insist on taking their dogs out of their allocated area...it's very dangerous for the horse, Rider and the dog. Please read the notices and comply with them.

A great beach to visit on a hot day but be early as it can get "crowded" - for a Tassie beach anyway. Plenty of room for a long stroll or to set up the shade tent for a relax. Great swimming when the water warms up. Shops nearby with BBQ facilities but it could use a shower to rinse... More

This beach is close to the airport -you may see the odd plane come close as it is on the landing path. This is not a problem as this is Tasmania and there just aren't that many flights. Great place to walk and contemplate or to exercise the dog. Some even ride horses here. It will be quiet though -... More

Its cold but the beach is still beautiful. So nice to run or walk. The water is cold but the whole beach is awesome and the outlook is amazing.
