The Historic 1935 Santa Statue is "dedicated to the children of the world." Standing 22-feet tall and weighing 40-tons, the Santa Statue just underwent a full-restoration, returning the iconic figure of Santa back to his original condition. The public is free to visit the statue during the day or when it is beautifully lit at night.

Big statue that stands over 20 feet tall celebrating the spirit of Christmas. You need to walk up a hill to get to it, not a big hill, and it is handicap accessible, but there's still a hill.

If you go to the museum, you can see the statue and walk up to it. There is no charge. I didn't walk up to the statue myself, I just snapped a photo from the museum since it was so large.

This is located by the old church, post office and Santa Claus Museum. They are all in one spot and that is very convenient. They could use restroom or porta-potty in this area.

This is a nice roadside attraction to visit and a fun place to take a picture. It is right next to the Santa Claus post office and museum, and the candy store is right down the street.

A good spot to get a family photo. There are 4 areas to visit at this location. Younger kids might enjoy the site, older kids of teenager age might be a lil tart about have family photo.

First Santa Statue in Santa Claus Indiana. Neat area of shops and museum post office and a amusement park. We stopped early in the morning for pictures and nothing was open. Looked like a lot of fun.

This was pretty cool piece of history and there's a nice pad out front to take a picture so Santa is in the background. The post office nearby is neat to as your child can write a letter to Santa and they will mail them...More
