We stopped in the Basilica and were immediately wowed with the beauty. Meanwhile an undergraduate art class was scurrying all about. Awe struck and disoriented by the activity about us, we must have looked lost. A docent walked up and took us aside and offered...More

Just beautiful. You have to see it, pictures don't do it justice. It's small, intimate, and just really spirit filled.

The campus of Notre Dame is beautiful and the Basilica is probably one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen. I did not attend a mass but was welcomed in to look around and take some photos.

We attended the Stations Of The Cross worship service on Good Friday on our way home to Colorado on a road trip. It was soul enriching, beautiful music and welcoming environment. The Basilica is beautiful with a great history.

The Basilica of the Sacred Heart will leave you in awe. The architecture is beautiful. The stained glass is stunning. The history is amazing. Take the tour and admire this exquisite Church, but then sit for a while...enjoy the peace and serenity.
