On a recent trip out west, my 7 y.o. daughter realized our route took us through the Quad Cities, and was adamant we stop at the "Children's museum with the phones". Since we were arriving too early for lunch, I figured why not. I was a little nervous that my son - nearly 9 - might not enjoy it as... More

We visited primarily for the Doc McStuffins exhibit but our daughter made quick work of that and spent most of her time in the museum's other spaces. This children's museum is a little on the smaller side but they pack A LOT in. In addition to the indoor space there is a nice outdoor playground. The two spaces that set... More

We drove in from Wisconsin specifically to see the Doc McStuffins exhibit, but my 3 year old loved everything about the museum. We enjoyed the Doc exhibit, but she particularly enjoyed their permanent exhibits, especially the pizzeria and the grocery store. Hours of hands-on play fun. I only found one exhibit that was out of order and that's pretty rare... More

I was a little skeptical of going here since my kids are a little older (especially my 9 year old), but they loved this children's musuem! Not only did we spend 2 1/2 hours there, we had to drag them out because we had to head home. That's a good sign of a great time for sure! My older 2... More

At first I had no intention of wanting to go to here because it was to "childish", but once I saw the amazing actives I thought it was amazing. I loved the fake pizza place and the farm, it really did have you learn in a fun way. I FULLY recommend this.

While we were in town for a baby shower, we took our 3 year old and 9 month old here to kill a few hours. Both of them loved it. There is a little town set up where the kids can play pretend and there is a costume for every occupation. There are indoor and outdoor water tables, a farm... More

My kids loved the pretend play. There are so many things to do. I especially loved the phone lines to call different areas. I would call different shops and the kids would answer and I would order a pizza from the pizza shop and ask for mail at the post office. It was fun.
