A county park along the river, so is sometimes closed because of flooding. It has a campground and day use picnicking and hiking. It also has a shooting range, so the peace of nature can be disturbed.

Unfortunately we could not spend much time here due to flooding . The river has raised so the entrance was gated off and trails were closed by management. Too bad, since we wanted to check this spot out. We will return another day if we...More

Very well maintained roads and grounds. It has access to the river for boating and fishing. The campground seems nice even though I have not stayed there. The shooting ranges are very popular and in good condition.

This park has many areas to picnic alone or with a large group. There is also a big area to camp with an elevated shower house & bathroom. If the Cedar River is high the park does close due to flooding. A very nice bike...More
