Hartman is a favorite place, because you are calmed just walking the trails of the Oak Savanna Forest. Almost never crowded, you can experience solitude there in any season.

Newly remodeled nature center in the heart of Cedar Falls. Hands on activities for families of all ages. Beautiful in all seasons. Fall Apple cider and spring maple syrup. Walking is necessary to explore outside and to get to the nature center.

A nice wooded oasis in the middle of town. Beautiful woods with a variety of trails (that can get wet after rains). Perfect place to go for a "tree bath"
