Beautiful 2 mile walking/biking path around a small lake with some sun and some shade. It's quiet and safe with lots of parking and pavilions for picnics.

Bigwoods is a smaller lake with a nice bike path around the entire lake. The path is part of a larger system of paths into and throughout Cedar Falls. A rider can do as much or as little as they like. Lots of varied scenery...More

Largest body of water around this area. Fun place to go with access to the shore for fishing. Picnic areas available.

We spent two days in the Cedar Falls area and did a lot of hiking on the trails around Big Woods. Cedar Falls has a massive hiking, biking are running trail system.
