The city hall is not particularly architecturally remarkable, however the public building reflects the Midwestern character of the city: plain, efficient, clean. Watch your speed on the main road in and out of town - speed cameras. Once you're at the city hall, enjoy the cool old building maintained by funding from speeders. Nice river view. Don't want tourists or shoppers thanks to the cameras.

The city hall is planted right off the river on 1st Street East and is gorgeous inside. go inside and read a newspaper or magazine and relax and if you have any questions just ask and they are always willing to help.
