Four of us couples attended the game last night. The stadium is awesome! There really isn't a bad seat. Lots of choices for ball park food. A store and kid's area available. Even a walk in cooler to get beer and cool off if you need it! Free ice cream sandwiches given at the end of the game with lots... More

What a wonderful Saturday evening! We started by playing catch in the outfield and then enjoyed the game in the most friendly and hospitable environment imaginable. From the ushers to the folks in the store to the owners, they could not have been nicer. We highly recommend this experience!

This is a great place to watch a ball game. The stadium is about as nice as they come in the minor leagues. We took our 13 year old baseball team, and purchased group tickets. We had great seats, with everyone sitting together for $7 per ticket. The concession food is pretty affordable and good. The pork tenderloin basket seemed... More

Perfect day for a baseball game. A very quaint park. Hotdogs were only $1. Very cheap entertainment and perfect for families.

Minor league baseball at its finest. Principal Park is beautiful and the I-Cubs are fun to watch. Great views of downtown and the Capitol building. Decent prices on food and drinks.

We were doing a family road trip from Minneapolis to Kansas City and decided to stop in Des Moines to take in an Iowa Cubs game. It was super easy to get to Principal Park. Lots of parking close to the field and we were able to walk up and purchase general admission tickets for the game that night. My... More

We love the Chicago Cubs so we decided to see the Iowa Cubs play. We were not disappointed. The park is very clean, staff very friendly and plenty of food and beverage choices. The parking is very reasonable, $8.00 for the lot directly across the street from the stadium. A few blocks up in a parking garage it is $5.00.... More

For years the Iowa Cubs have provided a first rate minor league baseball experience. The stadium was rebuilt a number of years ago, and it provides a great location a few blocks from downtown Des Moines with a beautiful view over the center field wall up to the State Capitol building. It seats approximately 11,000 fans. The staff is well... More

I take my family to these games every year. They run great prices on tickets with concession options sometimes. Very family friendly. Wish the players would interact with the kids more
