A restored and operational water mill. This historical building is open every Sunday afternoon 1-5pm from March to 26th October (BST). A tour of the mill lasts around 40 minutes and takes you on a victorian journey, from the arrival of the wheat to the sacking of the flour. On the way you will be able to operate the 200 year old machinery and even start up the ten ton water wheel. We also have a tea room and beautiful wildlife rich grounds, as well as a fantastic dipping pond.

The perfect place on a Sunday afternoon to have home baking served professionally by the army of volunteers who both maintain and run this little piece of Cheshire history. Entertainment with cakes.
