Place was very pretty, nice waterfall. Was kind of disappointed that it was closed since info said it was supposed to be open. Off the beaten path and the state park right next to it was worth a drive through as well.

This mill has been very lovingly restored and maintained, making it an important part of the Muscatine area history. It is well worth a visit. While there, drive a mile or so north on Verdi Ave to 180th. At the corner is the Old Stone...More

Walked the trails on Sunday and it was still beautiful even though its not green yet. Ran into a little mud but that's to be expected the first of March.

We hiked the trails at Wild Cat but our main focus was wanting to check out this place and we are so glad we did. It was such a beautiful spring day. We liked the benches on the bridge to overlook the mill.

The Pine Creek Grist Mill is a very old water wheel driven mill that area farmers used to grind their grains into flour. It is all original and you can tour several floors. The view from the river and bridge are great photo shoots.

As part of our trip to Wildcat Den park my family stopped by the Grist Mill. It's a nice little hike down from a side trail we took. The scenery is beautiful in the fall. We were there on a week day and the place...More

We drove out from the Quad Cities with the idea of some scenic hiking on a beautiful summer day. We weren't disappointed as we hiked by and through interesting rock formations and along quiet, cool forested trails. We were surprised by how few insects there...More
