Expertly curated to a historic timeline that starts in the foundry and ascends into agriculture and manufacturing. It is a celebration to a time with Corporate social responsibility. The museum brought history to life.

A first-class museum of John Deere tractors and engines that basically not only tells John Deere’s history, but of the tractor industry as well. Great for adults and kids. A short video kicks of your tour and then you’re free to walk the one-level museum...More

A very nice museum for the tractor lover in all of us. Knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Nice movie and great old tractors on display. Wish we had had time to tour one of the factories.

Being a farm boy, raised on John Deeres, and having one myself just to toy around with: I found the museum interesting. Plus it is free. The displays are provided with descriptions, and the people at the museum are knowledgeable and friendly.

We had three grandchildren ages 9, 11 & 13. There were a few hands-on exhibits but mostly it was reading and looking. Kids today are bombarded with stimuli and it takes a LOT to hold their attention. But my Husband and I loved the history...More
