Nice trail system to run, walk, or bike. It run along Indian Creek and is a good way to get exercise off the main roads. It can get busy and i would avoid on bike at peak times as alot of people have their pets along with them.

Great for biking, walking, jogging. Asphalt or paved trail that is wide. Trail merges with other trails and it is well used for many hours of the day. There are several blind corners so one must be cognizant that they do not run another user over. After a good rain it can become muddy and covered with debris.

The title is the correct name of this park. It is part of the Johnson County Streamway park system. It is a great place for an extended bike ride. You can go out to Olathe or into Kansas City, Missouri without leaving the trail.

We are so fortunate to have this streamway trail near our home. I've seen those very red buds in the snapshot go through the season year after year. There's an enormous sycamore just beyond them east along the trail. It's remarkable to watch the woodland floor rise up in spring and fill the view with greenery, then settle down in... More

Even though most of the trail navigates a suburban area, the paved trail meanders beside a rolling stream in a mostly scenic, often wooded route. After spring rains, wildflowers edge the woodlands and redbud trees reflect in the stream. Ducks are common and heron can sometimes be seen. Some of the trail is currently under repairs. I like to start... More

This is a beautiful trail. It's wide (it's been widen and paved with asphalt so small trucks can use the trail for trail maintenance). In some places there are trails on both sides of the creek with one side being completely flat and the other being very hilly, however, the majority of the trail is pretty flat, so can be... More

We walked our two little dogs almost seven miles one afternoon...the shady areas were so pleasant and the time passed so quickly! I wish I could walk in areas like this every day!!

Take an hour and stroll around any area of the trailway. Easy parking and cant wait for the leaves to turn in the fall. Tommahawk Creek is awesome.

I walked the section of the greenway between Quivira and US-69 Hwy last evening. The trail has been well maintained, and is excellent for walkers, joggers, and cyclists..

Well maintained and frequently used. Separate bike lane would make it perfect. Great for singles, couples, families or groups.
