Our group had arranged a tour of the college with the tourist office at the old train depot. Interesting that this college does not charge tuition. Just room and board. Highly recommend the log cabin craft center and the weaving building behind it. We felt...More

We were on the way to Lexington and decided to check out where my husbands Grandparents were from. The college area is very pretty. We arrived around 4pm so everything was closed up. If you are in the area it is worth checking out.

What every college in this country should be patterning the curriculum after. Berea College is second only to Harvard in endowments and alumni donations.

Just off interstate and well worth a visit. Plenty of spaces to park for those visiting and you can just stroll around the various building and see college life. Plenty of gift shops to look at. An ideal sunny Sunday afternoon visit.

Pamela. Sorry, I don't know that chapel, so I have to refer you to the person above and their answer to contact the college. I personally used Chapel in the Woods in TN, and could not recommend it higher. It was perfect.
