We stumbled on this place a few years ago when traveling and now make it a definite stop on our way north or south. The restaurant is fantastic and the art is wonderful.

The Kentucky Artisan center gives you great information on the history and evolution of Kentucky culture and arts. Very interesting displays, including a sand sculpture outside of the main building.

This is always a favorite location to stop as we travel through Kentucky. There are plenty of great artistic treasures, and you can buy some of them too. Nice restrooms as well!

What a fantastic display of magnificent local art! We very much enjoyed our meandering. Also, as it was pouring rain, we were grateful that it was all under one roof! But the prices definitely reflect the artisanship!

There are no outside exhibits. It's all indoors. Only service animals allowed. We left our dog in the car listening to his favorite music with the a/c on so he would comfortable. Best to leave a note inside the window too.

It's a trap. Admission is free but the temptation to buy the art is hard to resist. The art is unique and fairly priced. Food and drink also fairly priced. Great place to stretch your legs.
