We love going to KY lake. We always love to see the beauty of it. Their campground area is also very nice, we always enjoy staying there too. Very nice area for Motorcycle Riding!!

My family absolutely loves this place. Make sure you stop at lighthouse landing. Always a good time.

the ladies were so pleasant! very beautiful wooded area to ride in. loved my horse. found out he was owners personal horse but he was so gentle. very good rate for the 45 min ride!!!! this is a must go to.

The lake at Gilbertsville offers some very nice views of the lake, and it is well worth the visit. We enjoyed the views during an afternoon visit.

All of your hiking will have to be done in Land Between the Lakes which only has camping. The nearest towns/lodging near LBL is Grand Rivers,KY on the north end, Aurora KY/Cadiz on the middle and Dover TN on the south end... More

Yes pets are allowed in and around the lakes. As for your lodging you will need to check their pet policy as many don't allow pets or charge a fee to allow them.
