Limestone branch is a fantastic craft distillery sitting on a beautiful plot with an outdoor patio next to a small pond. They have really expanded their whiskey offerings, which is great, but I was sad to see their sugar shine line being discontinued. The staff...More

My father and I arrived as part of our tour through bourbon country. As luck would have it, there was a large group outing that was going on as we pulled up to the distillery. However, in spite of this the staff was very friendly...More

This place has grown so much since i first visited with them. I am a little sad that the moon-pie moonshine is not available there anymore. But the other Bourbons was amazing.

Small scale but maybe more interesting than the large distillery. Free tour up close to the whole process. Tasting was great and Emilee was a great server. Would stop there again. For people who are not able to walk a lot the place to see.

My wife and I stopped here during our 3 day Bourbon tasting trip at distilleries near our lodging in Bardstown. While it was by far the smallest distillery we toured during our visit, it was also one of our favorites! Why? Upon walking through the...More

Stopped by to see a small distillery. Great team. Easy to chat with. Purchased beverages to take on tour. Tour guide told story of Dant and Beam, saw their small fermenting area, barell storage, bottling. Tasting room was nice too. My preference was the Sugar...More

Very interesting history presented by Justin. That was followed by an in depth very personable tour by Eric who is very passionate about his work. Gina in the tasting room was a hoot to talk with and kept things interesting. I strongly suggest a visit.

You MUST stop by and take the free History, Tour and Tasting at Limestone. Ms. Gina taught us so much about the Beam family and many things they just don't share on the larger distillery tours. Got up close and personal with the tanks and...More

Great history! We enjoyed a DELICIOUS Bloody Mary and Old Fashion cocktail made by Justin while we listened to excellent storytelling by Gina! Tour and tasting was with Derick and he did a really good job taking us around. Recommend stopping.

Very glad we stopped here on our vacation. The tour/tastings were free. Our tour guide (Tom) was very entertaining, informative, and kind. He gave lots of history about the distillery and family, you would not receive at any other distillery in the area. Definitely worth...More

As long as you want it to. You can do just a tasting, about 30-60 minutes. The tour is less than an hour. May be there a little longer is you happen to have your tour led by Stephen Beam, the owner!!
