We had an absolute blast with this tour. The gentleman who gave it was informative and very entertaining. The tour was supposed to be an hour but was closer to two.

This was our second stop on our historic homes tour. It is located a bit outside of Lexington. Our tour guide was dressed in periodic garb and very knowledgeable of the house, grounds, and history of the area and family. Well worth the stop.

Waveland is a beautiful southern plantation. The grounds are awesome and well maintaned. It is a great place for a picnic with a nice play area. It is at its best when it hosts its arts fair.

We took the tour through the house and it was lovely. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There is also a cute shop, from where you purchase tickets for the tour.
