As a Makers Mark Ambassador, we made our third trip to Loretto to pick up our newly bottled, personally labeled, Makers Mark. I got to dip the bottles in the hot red wax. Waited six years for the ago g but it was worth it.

The everyone from the welcome center to our guide were very welcoming. The grounds were in excellent shape. We learned so much about the history, and things we never even thought about, that go one behind the scenes. The art work throughout the tour is...More

We were here 7 years ago and loved it. However, changes were made a few years ago and we found it very confusing. You have to walk down a long hill to start the tour. The tour is an hour long and very interesting, but...More

Makers is my favorite Bourbon, so we did the tour. Beautiful grounds and the tour guide was engaging, fun and knew about the Bourbon process. Met a distiller at the start of the tour. At the end we dipped two bottles and signed up for...More

I was disappointed. After waiting for over 7 years for my barrel to mature, I finally received my golden ticket. You have a 6 month window to use it, and mine was good from 10/1/18 - 3/31/19. I didn't want to get caught driving in...More

We visited four distilleries during our two days on the Bourbon Trail. By far, this was our favorite! Beautiful grounds, informative tour, excellent classroom style tasting at the end with five small samples. Nice that we weren’t locked into a scheduled time slot, just booked...More

The makers mark property is absolutely immaculate. It looks like a set from a movie at Disneyland. You walk into the fermenter room, and everything looks like it hasn’t been touched since they started distilling in the early 1800’s. The printing press room is all...More
