I went last year & spent $100 for 4 of us to take a really long ride to see some very low budget haunted houses. The fun of figuring out clues wears off after the 1st 30mins of driving around non-scenic routes leading to haunted houses on back roads in forest preserves. After hours of driving 2 see 2 haunted... Thank you for sharing Rich and we appreciate your concerns. We actually went to great lengths to address all of these concerns in 2016 (since this review is regarding last year's event). This year, we have improved the route design and made the clues even more challenging than before. Additionally, this year you actually get to pick which haunted houses... More

I took 3 teenage boys on this adventure. The clues were confusing as the wording was unclear and could be interpreted many ways. Other than that, we had a good time with many laughs and would do this again.

I have attempted several times to explain to my out-of-town friends the magnificent wonder that is Danger Run. Driving down dark streets, following rhyming clues, and suddenly finding yourself at some of the scariest haunts in Louisville... Well, that description just seems to pale in comparison to the reality of probably the best idea that the Halloween season has ever... More

This was our first time doing danger run. We had a great time! It was such a great double date night that was something different than just dinner and drinks. Great haunts, awesome clues. Very much a fun night! We wish the 3rd surprise haunt would have been closer though. Its was 50 miles away. That was the only complaint... More

Danger run is the best haunted houses for the best value. I've been to many haunted houses in the area and danger run is a great deal. You get multiple haunted houses for the price of one. You can follow the clues or go straight to the haunts. It's the best haunted house experience I've ever had.

First we drove over an hour from Indiana. We had 2 adults and four teen agers in our van. This run is way over hyped! We were in no hurry and drove very slow. The directions were very confusing at several points and we back tracked. Like the take 1 4 & "O", this is where we got lost. And... More

We had a great time on the Danger Run. There truly is no way around arguing with each other, as everyone reads the clues slightly different. There was a lot of arguing, laughing, throwing the car in reverse to turn around, and screams at the haunted houses. With the coupon to dairy queen, the gas card, the two haunted houses,... More

My family first heard about Danger Run on one of the local news stations in 2011. It sounded fun and we didn't have anything planned that weekend, so we decided to check it out when that Saturday rolled around. Little did we know that it would end up cementing a new family tradition that we'd come to look forward to... More

Lots of fun. The haunted houses are really scary. Almost too scary. You need a lot of patience to decipher the clues but it is so much fun. Word to the wise don't go with people who get easily frustrated or you will get into an argument
