The Louisville Zoo is awesome, they always have things going on and interesting background stories to individualize the animals that live there.

We went to the zoo in hopes of seeing the polar bears and penguins. We found out after our arrival that they sway the days out (black bears/ polar bears). Disappointed. Just happy that they had giraffes.

We try to visit the local zoo on each place we visit. Today’s visit at the Louisville Zoo was a great experience. We were able to see many new animals that we haven’t seen at other zoos.
