Was very excited about coming to this museum. Although it looks large on the outside, inside there was less to see than anticipated. It was however very worthwhile. The film they show is very good. The displays and museum are very interesting, although sometimes repeatative. That said, Ali was a larger than life person, and although he wasnt perfect, he... More

Very informational and interactive in some parts as well. Lots of information about Ali's whole life and lots of boxing memorabilia. Certainly worth a visit if you are a fan or want to know more about him. Follow your visit with a trip to the cemetery where he is buried or his childhood home which are both nearby.

This is such an impressive place to visit. The museum is able to convey the message of Muhammad Ali in such an interactive way which is great for families with young kids. The place has information both about his professional career and about his humanitarian efforts. It takes us to his fight for racial equality and to his greatest boxing... More

Our time there was very good. Learned a ton about that timeframe and the champ himself. Left empowered!

The museum is very informative with lots of information and exhibits. There are activities for all ages including activities for children. The center is in a great location. The cost of entry was a bit off putting as most museums I've been to are free but I would say the cost was worth it.

Wasn't very familiar with all that Muhammad Ali was - only superficially as a champion boxer and a conscientious objector and my teenage son only knew of him peripherally as a boxer. How enlightening. What a great, principled and giving man with so much depth to him. Good for future generations to learn of an incredible man beyond the excitement... More

Very inspiring. A thorough history of his life including his battle with the US government in protest of the Vietnam war. A true American hero. Also great display of Leroy Nieman art. The exterior of the building is also very unique, with hidden images of Ali.

The Champ is Here indeed. Great time everytime we visit. So much information and knowledge to be shared. Even the teenagers in my family enjoy visiting the center. A must to visit if you are in the area.

Only visited Louisville because of Ali but after a time zone change/error we fronted with about half an hour to close and as it was closed Monday that was our only chance ! More then happy to pay full freight & have a quick look but the staff were downright rude ! Explained we came from another continent (over 1400... More

I thought this museum was excellent. Lots of interactive displays and a wide variety of items to look at, and watch. Multimedia in well integrated. I was really impressed with this museum. My children aged 12, 10 and 9 loved it too, and asked all sorts of questions about boxing, race relations, religion and politics. Loved it!!!
