Awesome facility. Great educational place for kids & adults. Kids were able to make a small glass ornament (2 kids) and they were satisfied & very thrilled to take it home. Watch the little kids though, a lot of the pieces on display were very $$$.

Watching the glass workers is simply amazing. They turn out beautiful products. Excellent items for sale. A lot of them are out of my price range but the value is good. Something for everyone. Great place to buy presents.

Watching the artists working the glass at the ovens was very, very interesting. Can't believe how they make it all look so easy. Then take a tour. Don't forget the gift shop. So many beautiful glass objects from which to choose. Just move carefully!

My husband and I took our 7 year old to Glassworks not sure what to expect. We had a lot of fun and got to watch glass blowing and lamp work. Our daughter got to make a suncatcher to bring home for around $12.00 she really liked being a glass artist too. I recomend, but watch your kids, there are... More

we visited there and saw very creative uses of glass. Made a suncatcher which was fun. The pleces were expensive.

If you have not been there, just watching the glass workers ply their craft is terrific. Add that to the exhibits and the work for sale and you have a winner.

We chose to visit Glassworks based on the recommendation of a couple we met at our accommodations and we're very glad we did. We really enjoyed watching glass blowers at work in their studio, well worth the admission price.

Cool building, cool experience, cool art...HOT ovens! This is an excellent place for gift-buying, and a good educational experience too. Some hands-on opportunities to make your own too!

When my wife and I visited there the owner was present. We were watching a glass blowing lesson in progress and the owner came into the observation area and gave us a LOT of information as to the various ways that glass is blown, shaped, colored, etc. He was very friendly and I was impressed that he'd take the time... We made a point to stop here on our recent road trip. I love art glass, and wanted to have my husband experience making our own piece of art. We were able to create our own blown glass ornament (with the help of an in-house artist), and had a blast doing it. It was such a great experience. Do note... More
