Met by a man named Justice and the Museum Curator on the 4th floor of an old courtroom. I purchased two bound books for genealogical purposes. The Museum focuses on the Hatfield and McCoy feud and Eastern Kentucky artifacts.

The collection regarding the area is interesting but what makes this museum is the staff. I doubt I've ever been to a museum where the staff were so enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and experience... very fine people.

Was only $5 to enter per person. Enjoyed the curator telling us about a few of the exhibits. Had lots of local artifacts. My husband is more the museum guy, but this one was just big enough for me to enjoy too.
