The walking bridge is one of my favorite places to go through out all of the seasons. If you have strong legs, it's a nice ride on a bike to get from one waterfront to the other. It's even pretty in the winter when it's collected snow. On the Indiana side there is plenty of parking and a flight of... More

My husband and I have wanted to take a walk on the bridge for about a year now and finally made it! It was busy today with bikes, wheelchairs, and dogs. The signs said no dogs. However, there were doggie bags available for clean up. I'm still unsure of the bridge being pet friendly. Beautiful walking surface. Bikes available to... More

Where else can you experience walking across a major US river from one state to another? If you are visiting or passing through this area you MUST take time to enjoy this activity! The "Walking Bridge" is the old repurposed B&O Railroad Bridge that spans the Ohio River from Ky to IN. The bridge is open from both ends 24/7... More

Very nicely done! Park on the IN side was still under construction but appeared to be at the end of the project. Refreshing little walk. Nice to see folks out biking and walking. Appeared to be rental "family size" rental bikes that some were riding.

This bridge was used for trains long ago and just recently was fully completed. It connects both on the Kentucky side and more recently, the Indiana side. On a hot summer day, it feels good to walk and/or run on the bridge with the cool breezes. There is plenty of room for walkers, runners, bikers, sightseers, etc. They have little... More

We have rode bikes and walked the bridge. This is a fun place. Great water park for little kids and I think it is free. You can also rent bikes at the bottom of the bridge. Great way to exercise and not think about it too much.
