New to hiking this was my first trip to RRG and I selected this trail due to its length and to see Creation Falls. It did not disappoint! The trail is about 1.25 mile loop and the falls is 2/3 of the way through. I used a trekking pole but more advanced hikers may not need it.

Great hiking trails with varying levels of difficulty. It is peaceful and beautiful hiking through the woods and down the rocky trails. There are many caves and rocky overhangs to climb up and explore. The river has sandy beaches for kids to play in. By the natural rock bridge there is a waterfall and sandy beach area. The river was gently flowing and was shallow enough for wading. Great for a day hike, summer playtime, or peaceful picnic.

Really nice hike through the woods to see Rock Bridge. Nice little waterfall along the river too. There were quite a few steps to climb to get out of the gorge but overall, it was an easy hike.

Great rewarding trail! It’s a little bumpy driving to the trail head, just take it slow and be aware of others on the road. We really enjoyed this hike it was a little tricky, gotta watch your footing & it’s a little bit or a workout for the average 50 yr old. Just take your time- we enjoyed the natural arch over the water/river. Then we walked on as long the riverbed since the water was low… to the nice water fall. It was so rewarding! The climb up on the hiking trail and steps were a work out but rewarding when we got to the truck for lunch! 😃 they have picnic tables and pit’s toilets if needed. I’d did use a hiking stick, to help me up the hill. 😂

This is an awesome trail. Make sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and a camera. There's a ton of beautiful spots to take pictures. There are several watering holes to cool off in as well. You may see a few snakes but they never bothered us. I highly recommend this trail so give it a shot.

The Rock Bridge Loop and Creation Falls are, without a doubt, the best family hike in the Red River Gorge. It's a moderate hike from the parking area but you will be rewarded with a fantastic sandy beach just below Creation Falls that is a wonderful spot for a picnic and to cool off in the stream.

My family hiked Rock Bridge Trail #207 and everyone loved it. I usually carry my 1.5 year old daughter in the child carrier, but she was so excited, she hiked most of this trail herself. (We hiked the loop clockwise, and I carried her up the last portion.)
There are a couple nice overlook areas, and Rock Bridge itself is a beautiful site.
If you have young kids that like to hike but perhaps other family members who are intimidated by hiking, this is the hike to do.

Relatively easy hike. Well worth the 10-15 min to get to Rock Bridge. You can spend more time walking along the creeks. It's a beautiful spot no matter what time of year.

My family of 4 went out for a hike here. The Creation Falls was an added treat. The trail was moderate, not too hard for us. I would visit again when the colors are in full bloom.

This is a short hike on a well maintained path. There are some steps. Leads to a waterfall and rock bridge that you can climb over. It is a loop trail that will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
