Wonderful time on the boat. Captain was such a good narrator.

The best thing we did in Booth Bay Harbour. Very beautiful day, wonderful narration and details given. Great overview of the area, islands, and culture.

Because of beeing later in the season we did not get to see any whales up close, but it was still a great time out on the ocean.

Saw the same pair resurfacing 5 to 6 times. Great pix. Note that the viewing site was about 90 minutes out, so if you have a queasy stomach be advised. We thought it was well worth the time spent. The crew was very helpful with my wife's wheelchair.

We booked the seal and lighthouse tour on a beautiful fall day. 1 hr 15 minutes for $38. It was money well spent. The captain was informative and shared a great overview of the area and sea life. We saw several birds, porpoises and seals. It was a bit chilly on top, despite being very balmy in the harbor. We... More

This was the perfect harbor round trip. Beautiful weather, seals and a guide giving us lots of useful information. Ended with lobster fishing. Also interesting. Ok price.

We took the noon whale watch which lasted over 3 hours. Luck was with us as we saw at least 4 fun back and blue whales surface multiple times! On top of that we also saw a shark! The captain did a great job with the vessel as well as finding the whales. The marine biologist on board was informative... More

We were there October 1st. Was a chilly, overcast, windy, spotty rain kinda day. The only whale spotted was a minke in the distance. No fault of the captain's - just wasn't a lucky day. Would highly recommend it during warmer weather. Good value for the money if you get to see one of the big guys up close.

My wife and I took the 1230 whale watch trip. Friendly knowledgeable staff aboard the ship, which is a nice vessel. We only saw one whale for a brief few seconds in the 3.5 hours we were out. Was very rough and I ended up throwing up and being sick most of the entire trip even after two Dramamine tablets.... More
