Unlike Duch palace this is a Nalukettu with Nadumuttam used by the ladies and Kids of paliyam.
This property will give you an exact idea of a traditional well to do house in Kerala. All the utensils and vessels are maintined here. you will be told about the vastu details of the house by guides available. An Ideal place you should see if you are keen on the heritage and culture of Kerala. You will feel the house is all cool even in hot climate.

An 18th century home of the feudal lords and is a big piece of Kerala's history. The entry fee is nominal for Indians alone. A guided tour of this place will give you an insight into the age old Kerala feudal family system. A great place to visit and connect with history *Must Visit*

Paliam nalukettu gives you a feel of historical kerala with its architectural beauty. It is a typical structure which used to be common in kerala decades ago. Always nice to see such places and reconnect with your ancestors :)

Located in the outskirts of Cochin city, the place hosts a treasure trove of history. Currently being developed as part of Muziris project tourism is taking off. Sadly locals are not much interested. The place was once upon a time the palace of the major minister of Cochin court. After undergoing renovation the place has regained part of the lost glory. Detailed explanations with paintings of its past and an AV is available explaining the history. Guides in the place are ready to help.
Recommended for history buffs.
