I frequently went to concerts at Stone Mountain Arts Center when I lived in a town near Brownfield, ME (2008 to 2016). This is a great venue that attracts fantastic musicians from near and far! Many of my favorite artists performed at SMAC, ie: Richard Thompson, Cheryl Wheeler, John Gorka and Jonathan Edwards. I was also introduced to many other... More

This was our third visit to SMAC in the past year and each visit never fails to impress me. It’s a fun night out for the patrons and the artists that perform. 1. The food is wonderful and the portions are enough for to take home and enjoy a second time. 2. The is not a bad seat in the... More

My son and daughter-in-law were married there last Christmas and we returned this September for a sentimental visit. Carol and Hannah were (as before) fantastically welcoming even though in the midst of setting up for another large wedding that day. What struck me at once is that the beautiful old barns looked completely different - given another couple's personalities, these... More

Very impressive place in the middle of nowhere. Not a bad seat in the house. Up close and personal to the musicians. Had a lot of fun. The food is amazing and there is a lot of if. Service was very good and prices were reasonable. It's cash only and only serves wine and beer.

Fantastic venue and a great show by great musicians. Looking forward to returning for another show. The "barn lobby" is very nice.

My daughter and I attended the Peter Wolf show Sunday evening. What a fantastic venue! Great acoustics, not a bad seat in the house, and the food was excellent and plentiful. The capacity is only 200, so book early

What a beautiful venue for a show! We recently saw Peter Wolf. The staff really makes it special. They are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We did not have dinner at the venue, but next time we will! This is such an intimate and beautiful room. You can tell that running this place is a labor of love for owners... More

One might think this venue is a tad out of the way but believe me it is well worth the drive. A great line up of musicians frequent this place.
