Go to Historical Society before you go to the B-52 crash site as the Historical Society museum has interesting displays and newspaper articles. Museum is free. Also has interesting Aviation and native American displays.

This is a great place to visit while your in Greenville. Learn some of the local history and meet some locals. The locals are also the best to get tips from!

The staff are very knowledgeable and offer a wealth of information about the history of the Moosehead region and the logging industry. A small museum is on site with hundreds of items related to the history of logging in this region.

Clean, organized, well light and helpful. We were a group of 4 senior citizens. We enjoyed our stop at the Historical Society. What else would you need?
