Ray is a one of a kind artist. I don't know of anyone anywhere who does precision carving with chainsaws, nor have I ever heard of another 70 year old who can use one in each hand. The show costs $10 per head and lasts 90-120 minutes. Afterwards you can see his work and make a purchase if you want--I... More

Ray' s a wonderful show man who has great taste in music (all boomers will be brought back to their teens!) He delighted the audience and is particularly good with children. His set up is reminiscent of an old time circus. This was the best $10 ever spent n entertainment. The night we were there he made something for every... More

Ray does an amazing show, he is such a gentle soul. His creations made only with a chainsaw are a piece of art. Ray does shows every evening at 7p.m., charges $10.00 for adults, kids under 10, no charge. He interacts with the audience before, during and after the show. Some great music plays during his demo too. He carved... More

Ray has been doing chain saw art for a long time and he is really good at it. I have a rabbit he made more than 20 years ago.

Chainsaw Ray is a national treasure, part of true Americana, and he clearly loves to meet people and demonstrate his craft. The show was a lot of fun. My husband was brave enough to let Ray carve his name into a belt buckle while my husband was wearing it. We got to take home his creations from the show. Fascinating... More

During your drive through Downeast Maine, you may very likely see the Chainsaw man. His creations are big, serious sized wooden art works. Bears made from tree trunks, he has 'em. Its worth the stop to see him at his craft with the chainsaw. If you decide to buy something, hopefully your car is big enough to handle the piece,,did... More

This was a great show. My husband & I attended his 7pm show & it was amazing what he can do. He is a awesome artist & it's amazing to see for your own eyes. In our show he produced many animals, a table & chairs with a burger & fries, added a person's name on a wooden "belt buckle"... More

For the most amazing experience of gifted artistry see the evening show. Little animals, words on a pencil and popsicle stick, a person's name cut into a wood belt buckle while the person is wearing it. All with a chainsaw. Great for the family, he loves the kids. During the day he is cutting animals from logs right by the... More
