The area around Walkers Point which is home to the Bush family in summer is really pretty. There's a small parking area at the side of the road where you get a great view of the compound & some good photo opportunities.

I'm sure the Bush compound is amazing, but, to preserve their well deserved privacy, the secret service prevents tourists from getting close. An observation point from a pull off on Ocean Avenue across the bay is about as good as it gets.

What a cool experience to see a Presidential Compound so up close and personal. It was great that we could see it well, take photos, etc.

Beautiful scene on the Maine shoreline. We enjoy strolling along and taking in the sights and history.

Beautiful view of the sea and waves pounding the rocks. Everyone takes pics of the Bush compound from this vantage point. Fun. There was misty rain the day we were there, and this gave the ocean mystique - wonderful in any kind of weather.
