Lupine Gallery is a must visit place when visiting Monhegan. Getting to view the artwork is a treat. Seeing the island and then seeing an artist's interpretation of what you saw is awesome. There is a price range to suit everyone from post cards to...More

We visited a bit before the season was in swing, so I think the gallery will have a broader selection later in the summer. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the paintings; they are like a still life of the scenery outside. If you are looking for oil,...More

Covers the gammet of images around the island, prices are okay, wish they would have had a few more items in the $100-$200 range.

Nice selection of contemporary works by Monhegan artists and usually you will find vintage paintings and prints by dead artists. Art supplies. Good place to visit.

Delighted to find this gallery and its lovely work. Spend an hour and treat it like a museum of Maine life. Much good talent and value if you are doing serious shopping. I hope to return again and again.

This is a great little gallery in the center of town. You can enjoy artwork, mostly paintings, with strong Maine themes -- the sea, the scenery, the rugged life of the coast. The work is beautiful -- and most of the art is better priced...More
