This was the highlight of our trip. There are many different ways to get to the top. You can choose to drive to the top if you don't want to hike it but it is really worth the hike. We chose a more strenuous hike...More

This is a great place to do a bit of easy hiking. The trails were well marked and the hike up to the top was not particularly long but it was interesting enough to make it fun. The park was very clean and it was...More

What views! The person who had the foresight to build the ski lodge on TOP of the mountain was brilliant!! Years after people no longer ski there, many more will enjoy the legacy of the conservation area.

Took a quick trip to Mount Agementicus as part of a bus trip from our time share. Although it isn't a particularly challenging home, it's a nice outdoor walk with some variations in terrain. I'd like to return on my own.

Nice little mountain, trails are well marked, with plenty of different trails. The view from the summit is beautiful.

I had a tough day at work and just needed some quiet time. I went here to Mount Agamenticus and just went through all the well groomed trails and what a site. So breathtaking I found myself relaxed and finally De-stressed... Thank you so much!

Does anyone know if this is the mountain you can see from in front of the Colony Hotel in Kennebunkport?

Mt. Agamenticus is only 500 feet tall, so it isn't the largest mountain in the area. Mt. A is southwest of Kennebunkport and southwest of Ogunquit.

My husband and I are visiting the area next week with my two elderly parents, and we want to take them to Mount Agamenticus. They can walk slowly, one walks with a cane. What do you recommend is the best way for them to experience the mountain? Is there a really easy trail we can try to walk? Are there places to park that have a great view? Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you!
