Ogunquit Beach is such a beautiful beach. It seems to go on forever. Because it's Maine, the water is usually cold, but don't let that stop you from standing, or taking a stroll along the water's edge. Look forward to going back every year.

It made me want to come back and see this in the summer. I bet its a busy place, because It was hopping in the fall, and was stunningly beautiful. A pretty sandy stretch in Maines rocky coast. Beautiful pink skies this fall day.

I rented a cottage in Wells but spent all my time on the Ogunquit beach walking and walking and wading (even in October). What a perfect beach - rocks, tide pools, river running, NO McMansions.

If you get into the main lot it really depends if you want to sit on the ocean side beach North end or the river side beach south end. We like to park on the ocean side and if possible the first row. I say the first row... More
