Great visitor center. Lots of information about local activities. There is a little playground outside, bathrooms and neat displays about local culture.

The visitor's center sits right at the water's edge, and is easily accessible to travelers passing through Cambridge. There is a playground nearby, benches, picnic tables, and beach access. Stop by and learn about Dorchester County, the heart of Maryland's eadtern shore.

Wonderful staff, tons of information and an asset to Cambridge. The waterside park is beautiful to stop and take a break from traveling or to just get way from it all. VISIT!

The downstairs exhibits give a good overview of the region. The playground next to the visitor center is welcoming for little travelers.
