I've lived in Maryland my whole life and never heard of Beaver Dam. I took my four kids to celebrate a teen friends birthday. Knowing it was $17, my initial plan was to drive in, take a look, drop the kids off and head out...More

Interesting place; if you want to grill you have to bring your own charcoal. Plenty of picnic tables and grills. This place is known for their natural quarry swimming hole, where kids can use a rope to jump into the quarry. They also have a...More

There is something here for all ages. They have a desperate baby/kiddy pool. The quarry has multiple areas for swimming, sitting on the floating docks, jumping off rocks, swinging off the rope swing, diving off the diving boards or just sitting on the large deck...More

It's clean and fun. The quarry is Not ideal for small children (avg depth 50ft). However there is swimming pool on site. Try to avoid on the weekends and holidays if possible as the wait will be an hour or longer to get in.

Best place to go on a Hot Day. Cool semi-clear water. Great place to go with families friends for a day of fun in the sun close to home.

This is a very dangerous water park that had to eventually hire lifeguards to keep the kids safe. The lake is very deep. There have been numerous accidents and even deaths at this water park. This park is ureasonably expensive. Swim at your own risk.

Went on a Sunday and you could barely move...it felt like the titantoc and everyone was fighting for a spot on the floating docks and rocks. Felt dirty and did not feel safe leaving my stuff alone. Would probably be more fun if it weren't...More

A few friends and I went out to beaver dam not knowing what to expect and it turned out awesome! It wasn't crowded because it had rained just before we got there but we had a great time. I wouldn't recommend going if you're not...More

One side of the quarry is closed off. But there is definitely enough room on the other side; there is the rope swing and cliff diving in one area.
