The venue is great. Lots of good food stands (depending on the event). The seating is comfortable. Wine in the woods is an exceptional event as well (recommended if you like live music, wine and relaxing outside).

I believe that people generally write about the ARTIST they came to see...and WANT to write positive things about the show, but do NOT focus on the VENUE. Merriweather holds a lot of people and therefore is one of the go-to venues for big name...More

Came to see Gorillaz concert. Had to walk a good ways from parking, really is too bad the place doesn't have its own dedicated garage. Also sort of wished the stage was on the roof of its current location so it would've been more visible...More

Visited Merriweather Post Pavilion from out of town. Decent venue wth good acoustics for an outdoor facility. Sat in the lawn... unfortunately after a rain storm. Recommend a cheap moving pad and some type of plastic sheet underneath and you would be good to go,...More

One of the best outdoor venues I have been to! Bathrooms were clean and never crowded. Food and drinks were easily accessible. Drinks are pricey, but I've been to shows before where they've cost more. There was plenty of lawn seating, and they allow you...More

It is a great place for outdoor concerts, musicals, Christmas Lights Show and other cultural activities in Howard County.

Let me first say that with lawn tickets, I don’t expect too much. People are sometimes going to climb over you and be rude, bla bla bla. Well, this was waaaay more than I ever expected. I got stomped, cursed at, flipped the bird (even...More

I would tend to agree with "travelkit"'s reply. Bring only empty bottles, otherwise they think you're bringing a beverage that they prefer to sell you! Staff members are often temporary and have different... More
