I really enjoy coming here to walk my dog regularly. Peaceful with great scenery and views! Lots of playgrounds for kids and several trails to explore. Also there’s a boat ramp and picnic areas.

easy boat launch and 2 great rivers to row! the park is smaller than most but the water is endless. You can hit the Big Chop tank or shallow smaller river. Big birds fish and fun

I brought my grandkids, we played in the playground areas, they had a blast! Then we took a little walk along the water, down to the rivers edge. It is a beautiful, peaceful place.

The best little state park in the area. It's quaint, and quiet. There are sites for camping, but they are rarely crowded. We walk the paved paths in the woods for exercise, take our kayaks out on the river and even bicycle.
